Accessibility statement

Our aim

Duckham Meridian Group Limited aims for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We review new pages against these guidelines as we build them.

What you should be able to do

• skip straight to the main content using the “Skip to main content” link
• navigate the whole site using only a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• use the site with a screen reader, with headings in a logical order and descriptive link text
• zoom to 200% without content being lost
• switch long pages to a short summary with the reading-mode toggle
• translate pages into other languages with the Translate button

How accessible this website is

We believe the site partly meets WCAG 2.2 AA. Known issues we are working on:

• some animated sections may briefly show text with lower contrast while they fade in
• some AI-generated reports and PDFs may not be fully structured for screen readers
• some third-party pages we link to, such as payment pages, are outside our control

If your device is set to reduce motion, we keep animation to a minimum.

If you find something hard to use, or need information in a different format, email [email protected] with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
